cup all-purpose flour |

cup packed brown sugar |

teaspoon baking soda |

teaspoon grated orange peel |

cup honey |

cup orange juice |

cup vegetable oil |

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease or paper line 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups. In large bowl combine cereal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, orange peel, nutmeg and salt. In small bowl combine honey, orange juice, oil and egg. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool in pan 5 minutes before removing. Serve warm with cream cheese, if desired.
